Returns & Refunds
Bull Publishing Company will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs) for most items returned in new condition within six months of the shipment date.
IMPORTANT: All returns to Bull Publishing Company must include a copy of the original receipt and the tracking number used to return your items.
We are unable to exchange items. In order to exchange an item, we suggest returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.
To return an item:
- Please contact customer support toll-free by phone (1-800-676-2855) or message firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the return.
- Pack the items with the original receipt or the gift receipt.
- Ship the package to the address provided by customer support.
We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email or phone. You will also receive confirmation once a credit has been issued to your credit card.
To cancel an order you have placed with Bull Publishing Company, you must contact customer support toll-free by phone (1-800-676-2855). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
1-49 items: 20% discount
50-199 items: 30% discount
200-499 items: 35% discount
500+ items: 40% discount
A purchased digital product, including eBooks, audiobooks, or digital files, can only have one user per file. It is against our terms of sale to buy one copy of a file to copy, lend, or share.
All items indicated to be in stock are shipped within one business day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Time. In stock items ordered after 1:00 PM Mountain Time will be shipped within two business days. It usually takes 5-10 business days to receive an order.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as "in stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. We will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
