Cómo convivir con su artritis, 2nd edition
Una gaia para una vida activa y saludable
The only Spanish-language book on arthritis that is current and focused on self-care, this useful guide encourages sufferers to take a proactive approach in controlling their symptoms. Particular care was taken in the translation to accommodate cultural differences and to use standard vocabulary generally understood in most Spanish-speaking communities. The incidence of arthritis among Hispanics is not much higher than among the general population but there is very little material available in the Spanish language. The English language edition, on which this translation is based, has just been revised and updated.
